Our Godless World
(an essay on waiting for “God” to “change their hearts” etc.)

Top: Jesus® holds children; Bottom: Christian Vasilev holds his baby sister Grace
“Then were there brought unto him little children, that he should put his hands on them, and pray: and the disciples rebuked them. But Jesus® said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.”–Matthew chapter 19 verses 13-14
“To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: a time to be born, and a time to die … a time to kill, and a time to heal…”–Ecclesiastes 3:1-8
I reject waiting until there is a “change of heart” for the cowards who cleave for the power that be; and Jesus® has long defaulted on the inheritance for the meek.
A chief reason that I wholly doubt the existence of the God® of the christian bible is that, in those stories, divine-intervention occurred for reasons that seem entirely trivial.
Mark Chapter 5, verses 6-20:
When he saw Jesus from a distance, he ran and fell on his knees in front of him. 7 He shouted at the top of his voice, “What do you want with me, Jesus, Son of the Most High God? In God’s name don’t torture me!” 8 For Jesus had said to him, “Come out of this man, you impure spirit! Then Jesus asked him, “What is your name?”
“My name is Legion,” he replied, “for we are many.” 10 And he begged Jesus again and again not to send them out of the area. A large herd of pigs was feeding on the nearby hillside. The demons begged Jesus, “Send us among the pigs; allow us to go into them.” He gave them permission, and the impure spirits came out and went into the pigs. The herd, about two thousand in number, rushed down the steep bank into the lake and were drowned. Those tending the pigs ran off and reported this in the town and countryside, and the people went out to see what had happened. When they came to Jesus, they saw the man who had been possessed by the legion of demons, sitting there, dressed and in his right mind; and they were afraid. Those who had seen it told the people what had happened to the demon-possessed man—and told about the pigs as well. Then the people began to plead with Jesus to leave their region. As Jesus was getting into the boat, the man who had been demon-possessed begged to go with him. Jesus did not let him, but said, “Go home to your own people and tell them how much the Lord has done for you, and how he has had mercy on you.” So the man went away and began to tell in the Decapolis how much Jesus had done for him. And all the people were amazed.
Also, God® would even intervene in horrid ways: “And he went up from thence unto Bethel: and as he was going up by the way, there came forth little children out of the city, and mocked him, and said unto him, Go up, thou bald head; go up, thou bald head. And he turned back, and looked on them, and cursed them in the name of the LORD. And there came forth two she bears out of the wood, and tare forty and two children of them.”–2nd Kings, Chapter 2, verses 23 and 24
Yet no angel visited Tonya Vasilev as she stabbed her babies–9-year-old Christian and 3-year-old Grace; and if God® exists then he would have had plenty time to get an angel down to that situation: their mom stabbed each or them about 300 times; the children died with cut-marks all over their little hands–evidence that they tried to defend themselves…but without the faith of a mustard-seed?

Scared and pregnant; abortion-massage; partial-birth-abortion
No angel came to save 6-week-old Mirabelle Thao-Lo from the microwave when her mom cooked her to death; likewise for 1-month-old baby Joseph Lewis Martinez; likewise for month-old Paris Talley. No God or angel came to save the babies nor to counsel the mothers.
No angels visit abortion-masseurs in the Philippines, who aggressively “massage” pregnant mothers, intentionally crushing the baby to death; no angels visit the doctors in the US who rotate babies in the womb, pull the baby out, legs first, to expose only the based of the skull, stab through the skull, then vacuum out the baby’s brain, and say that, “the baby was not born–it’s head was still in the mother.” I say that such is the woeful nuance, not in a world that has “rejected god®,” but in a godless world.
No angels visit the boyfriend that abandons a pregnant girl who then opts for abortion in place of economic despondence and social disgrace; no angel visits the parents of a son or daughter who chooses abortion because they trust that their parents would disown them for the “bastard.”
There are children in Africa that have been stolen from their parents and conscripted as soldiers. Meanwhile, Jesus® is supposedly biding his time–making a list, checking it twice, to find out who is naughty and nice.
